With a career spanning over two decades, Derek has perfected his craft by overseeing prestigious projects in Lehighton, Pennsylvania, and beyond. Commencing at Orleans Homebuilders, he spent nearly a decade as a Project Manager and Purchasing Manager, earning accolades for his project management skills and architectural finesse.
Transitioning to Bracy Contracting, Inc. as a Project Manager, Derek continued to enhance his skills, ensuring the flawless execution of construction endeavors. His tenure at Toll Brothers marked another milestone, contributing as a Project Manager on large-scale projects.
Derek's dedication and proficiency led him to Lennar, where he served as an Area Construction Manager, playing a pivotal role in the company's success with his strategic vision and leadership.
In December 2022, Derek Solt embarked on a new venture, founding 4 U Homes. As the driving force behind the company, Derek aims to redefine the home construction landscape, integrating innovation, quality, and client-centric services to transform dreams into tangible, breathtaking homes.
Notably, Derek now serves as a board member of the Carbon Builders Association, further solidifying his commitment to the industry and the community.
Derek's educational foundation from Penn State University has equipped him with a solid background in project management, making him highly regarded in the industry. Colleagues endorse him for his exceptional skills in project management and architecture.

Construction Manager
Mark Zerbe is a local man and Manages the construction process at 4 U Homes. With over 40 years experience in all aspects of construction, from start to finish including Framing Carpenter, General Contractor, and Construction Manager for national builders, such as Toll Brothers. In addition to understanding the construction process he also taught drafting and math at Technical Schools in the Lehigh Valley. His three kids and three grandkids are loved dearly and in his free time he is an avid outdoorsman! He's always in a great mood and will keep the team laughing with his hilarious phrases and jokes.
Office Manager
Danielle Heller handles all the day to day office needs for 4 U Homes! With over 10 years experience in Customer Service and knowledge of construction she holds us all together and on the right track. She is loved by all of our homeowners as she personally reaches out regularly to check in and will often stop by with a gift weeks after closings. From organize permit submissions, to making sure vendors get paid, and most importantly our homes are matching the latest trends, Danielle handles it all. It's easy to see that the new home construction industry is her passion!

Jayleen and Isabella are Keller Williams Real Estate agents that are proud to serve their local community, providing exceptional service, and helping our clients achieve their real estate goals. Jayleen is Derek's wife and Isabella is their oldest daughter.
